The Board of Directors of Electrolux Professional proposes to distribute a dividend to the shareholders of SEK 0.80 (0.70) per share for the 2023 financial year corresponding to 30% of net income for the year. The proposed record date is April 29, 2024, and payment is expected to be made on May 3, 2024. In the year-end report for 2023 the record date was incorrect.
