Communication must adhere to the applicable Group policies and Disclosure rules for listed companies.
Communication channels
The Group’s website and intranet are key channels for external and internal communication. Other digital channels include email, Teams, Viva Engage, and social media.
External Communication
External communication includes communication with media, customers, investors, authorities, and the public to support business objectives and maintain good stakeholder relations. The IR and Communication function manages media interactions to protect the Group’s image. Press conferences and one-on-one meetings are held, with strict rules on disclosing inside information.
Investor Relations (IR)
IR involves communication with shareholders, analysts, and brokers. The IR and Communication function ensures accurate information is provided to the financial market and aims to enhance shareholder value while complying with rules. Electrolux Professional Group regularly meets with analysts and investors that are interested in the company.
Inside Information
Inside information is precise, non-public information that could significantly affect the company’s share price. Disclosure of such information is governed by several Group policies, and a Group Insider & Disclosure Committee decides on the disclosure of inside information.
Financial reports
Electrolux Professional Group invites analysts and media to presentations on the company’s financial position, ensuring no inside information is disclosed. These presentations are streamed online and via conference call, with materials published on the Group’s website and intranet. The Group observes a 30-day “silent” period before releasing quarterly results, during which no performance or market discussions are held.
Employee Communications
Managers are responsible for communicating Group objectives and strategies to employees, who must actively seek information and communicate with their managers and colleagues.
Crisis management
In the event of a crisis where there is a disclosure requirement to the financial market, a Crisis Management Team shall be convened and ensure proper internal and external communication. The Crisis Management Teams consists of the key central group function heads and appropriate additional resources depending on the nature of the crisis. The Group Insider & Disclosure Committee decides on the disclosure of inside information.
