General Meetings

The general meeting is the company’s highest decision-making body through which the shareholders exercise their influence in the company. An ordinary general meeting shall be held within six months of the end of the financial year (the Annual General Meeting (AGM). At the AGM, the shareholders decide, among other things, on the election of the Board of Directors, adoption of the financial statements, allocation of profit, fees for the Board of Directors and the auditors, etc. The first AGM of Electrolux Professional after the spin-off from AB Electrolux was held on April 28, 2021.

The notice of the AGM is published no earlier than six weeks and no later than four weeks prior to the AGM. The Board of Directors may, in accordance with the Articles of Association, decide that the shareholders shall also be able to exercise their voting rights by post prior to the AGM in accordance with the procedure set out in the Swedish Companies Act.
